Sharing a Queen's Vision
'Greatness lives in me'
Students throughout the Greater Philadelphia area listened to the story of "Aria's Crown."
Afterward, they made paper crowns of their own, decorating them with labels describing who they are: Smart. Strong. Beautiful. Queen. Tiger. Good reader. Friend.
The reading sessions are part of the Library Café program sponsored by the West Philadelphia Alliance for Children (WePAC).
Through donations and volunteers, the nonprofit group has reopened libraries in 13 Philadelphia elementary schools.
